Show us your successes achieved through the innovative use of Outdooractive technology. We look forward to visionary projects and are excited to see the impact they have had on your destination.

Example areas for your submission:

  1. Sustainable Tourism: How have you used the Outdooractive platform to promote sustainable practices, eco-friendly initiatives, or responsible tourism in your destination?
  2. Modern Travel Experiences: Tell us how you have revolutionized travel through the integration of Outdooractive technology and features.
  3. Visitor Management: Show how you have used the Outdooractive platform to disperse hotspots and create personalized experiences.
  4. Community Management: Describe initiatives that have fostered an active and engaged community in your region.

We welcome all submissions, regardless of size, location, organization, or tourist offerings. Your contribution should showcase your innovative use of the Outdooractive platform and provide insights, experiences, and tangible results.

Submission Guidelines:

  • The project documentation should not exceed five pages.
  • In addition to the detailed project documentation, please create a brief summary (approx. 250 words).
  • Submissions should be in PDF format via the form below.

Selection Process:

  • An expert panel will evaluate submissions based on the criteria of innovation, sustainability, modernization, and customer orientation, and will select the finalists.
  • Finalists will present their pitch (presentation of max. 5 minutes) in person on June 27, 2025, during the Outdooractive Summer Event.
  • The top three rated projects will win one of the Innovation Awards.

Prizes:

1st Place: €20,000 (voucher for Outdooractive marketing campaigns)

2nd Place: €10,000 (voucher for Outdooractive marketing campaigns)

3rd Place: €5,000 (voucher for Outdooractive marketing campaigns)

Notes:

  • The prize money will be redeemed in the form of content marketing campaigns on Outdooractive.
  • Campaigns can be booked in coordination with the Outdooractive business team, subject to availability.
  • Booking must be completed by the end of 2026, after which the prize money expires.
  • Cash payout is not possible.
  • The registration deadline is March 31, 2025
